Welcome back to Daily AI Skills.
Here’s what we are covering today:
1. Sesame AI: Most Realistic AI Voice Assistant
2. Microsoft Dragon Copilot: AI for Doctors
3. Perplexity + T-Mobile: AI Phone
Sesame AI: The Most Realistic AI Voice Assistant

Sesame, a startup founded by Oculus co-founder Brendan Iribe, has unveiled a demo of its AI voice technology designed to achieve more natural, emotionally expressive speech. It is able to capture the imperfections of human conversations and integrates them seamlessly.
Key Details:
Context-Aware Responses: Sesame’s Conversational Speech Model generates natural voice replies by analyzing the full conversation in real-time rather than processing isolated sentences.
Emotional Adaptability: The AI adjusts its tone, rhythm, and speaking style based on the conversation’s mood and context.
Lifelike Delivery: Early demonstrations highlight features like dynamic pacing, natural pauses, and the ability to stay on topic even when interrupted.
AI-Powered Glasses: Sesame is also developing smart glasses integrated with its voice technology, enabling an AI companion that observes the environment and offers real-time assistance.
Microsoft Dragon Copilot: AI for Doctors

Microsoft has announced Dragon Copilot, a voice-activated AI assistant designed to enhance clinical documentation and automate tasks for healthcare professionals by integrating dictation with ambient listening.
Key Details:
Unified System: Combines Dragon Medical One’s voice dictation with DAX Copilot’s ambient listening to streamline clinical workflows.
Automated Documentation: Generates clinical notes, referral letters, and provides access to trusted medical resources.
Efficiency Gains: Early tests indicate clinicians save around five minutes per patient visit, with reported reductions in burnout and fatigue.
Launch & Availability: Rolling out in the U.S. and Canada in May 2025, accessible via desktop, browser, and mobile app, with expansion to more regions planned.
T-Mobile and Perplexity collaborate on AI Phone
T-Mobile’s parent company, Deutsche Telekom, has partnered with Perplexity to develop an AI-driven smartphone, making it one of the first major carrier-led efforts to create a device optimized for AI-powered experiences.

Key Details:
AI at the Core: The phone’s centerpiece is the Perplexity Assistant, accessible directly from the lock screen—eliminating the need to switch between apps.
From Answers to Actions: Perplexity CEO Aravind Srinivas describes the initiative as evolving their technology from an “answer machine” to an “action machine” capable of handling daily tasks.
Integrated AI Tools: The device will feature Google Cloud AI for real-time translation, ElevenLabs for podcast creation, and Picsart for avatar generation.
Launch & Pricing: Expected to debut later this year for under $1,000, with Deutsche Telekom also rolling out an app version of its Magenta AI this summer.
We are proud to partner with @deutschetelekom to make Perplexity Assistant the native feature on their new AI Phone.
